Temporary Receptionist Sugar Land TX Job Duties:

• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk reception area to ensure cleanliness and order
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Support office staff with administrative tasks as assigned
• Ensure visitors sign in and follow company security procedures
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Temporary Receptionist Sugar Land TX Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to adapt quickly in a temporary role setting

Pay: $20 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
