QC Inspector E. Bernard

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Welding QC Inspector E Bernard to join our team. QC Inspector E Bernard Duties:

• Prepare non-conformance reports when necessary and submit them to QA.
• Maintain welding data records, conduct weld mapping, and ensure complete traceability records.
• Perform material receiving inspections to verify alignment with bills of lading, purchase orders, and material specifications.
• Verify materials and Material Test Reports (MTRs) meet specification requirements.
• Monitor welding activities and verify welding personnel certifications/qualifications.
• Conduct dimensional, welding, and visual inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform coating, galvanizing, and pre-shipment inspections.
• Assist in overseeing all NDE requests and coordinate with NDT subcontractors.
• Collaborate with client inspectors for NDE examinations.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with comprehensive details when required.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents for final documentation.
• Compile Manufacturer’s Data Reports and submit them to QA.

QC Inspector E Bernard Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in floor welding inspection and related inspection activities. A welding background is highly desirable.
• VT, WI, NACE, MT, and/or UT Level I or II (current or previous certifications are a plus).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• No felonies in the last 3 years; no violent felonies ever.

Location: E. Bernard, Tx
Pay: $17- $22 DOE
Shift: 1st shift
