Picker Sugar Land TX Job Duties:

• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to strategically plan and schedule kitting activities, aligning them with production goals and customer demands.
• Source, inspect, and meticulously organize materials essential for kitting, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards and are readily accessible to our assembly team.
• Execute precise kitting processes, assembling and packaging components or parts in strict accordance with provided instructions or specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled kits to guarantee they meet our exacting quality standards, including accuracy in quantity and zero defects.
• Monitor and maintain optimal kitting inventory levels, proactively replenishing stock to prevent any shortages or overages.
• Keep precise records of kitting activities, including inventory levels, assembly times, and any encountered issues during the process.
• Continually seek opportunities to enhance kitting processes, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
• Foster close collaboration with the production team, ensuring a smooth handover of kitted materials for further processing or shipment.

Picker Sugar Land TX Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in kitting or a related field, showcasing a deep understanding of assembly processes and quality control.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30 pm

Pay: $16
